Pricing and Stock Availability
KIRALE makes every effort to guarantee at any time full availability of the Products that can be purchased through this website and to keep a sufficient stock to fulfill every order. However, it may happen, due to force majeure circumstances or other unpredictable issues, that Products may be unavailable. Payment and Order Confirmation
KIRALE never processes payment transaction nor stores Client’s payment information. In order to better know how Stripe works we recommend Clients to carefully read the terms and conditions reported on its website.
Once the order is completed, KIRALE will automatically send a confirmation email to the Client. Once the order is processed, can take 1 to 3 business days, KIRALE will send a confirmation email to the Client with the attached invoice in PDF format that must be kept in order to exercise any right over the purchased products.
Shipment and Delivery
Shipment costs will be specified during the purchase process based on the location and method chosen by the Client and must be explicitly accepted by the Client at the moment of confirming the order.
During the purchase process the Client can specify to send the order to the billing address or to another delivery address at choice. To optimize the delivery process, we recommend to specify an address where the delivery can be performed during normal working hours. KIRALE will never be responsible for the inconveniences or the additional costs generated by a Client’s mistake on introducing the delivery address. We therefore recommend to carefully check the order information before confirming it.
All cancellations have to be done before shipment as KIRALE works with United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) for worldwide shipments. Once the order has been processed, it will cannot be modified or cancelled.
Goods shipped to an international destination (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Client.
KIRALE is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any reasonable delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Once the order has been processed, shipment can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on method chosen by Client and the destination country.

Return and Exchange Policy
Products can always be prone to occur some fault, so We always aim to provide the best the customer service and resolve any customer issues as quickly as possible. With all the purchases We provide a 7 days return and exchange policy for any items purchased that are found to be faulty. Customers must contact to Support within 7 days to initiate notification upon receipt of their goods. If We determine the Products are at fault We will exchange them appropriately.
The Client shall inspect the Products immediately upon receipt and shall notify KIRALE within 7 business days of delivery via email, if the goods are damaged or there are items which are missing. If the Client fails to do so the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the Products. Goods must be returned by the Client at the Client’s expense and we recommend that you should return your Products via recorded delivery.
On receipt of your returned goods, once checked if applicable we will arrange a suitable credit to your account for the costs incurred on the return postage of your Products, this will be based on the current postal charges according to the weight of your Products returned.
To initiate the return process please ensure to contact to Support first.
In order to return a Product, you must have a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number from a member of our Support Team. Any unsolicited or unauthorized return sent to us will be disposed of.
Return must be received within 10 business days of the RMA Number being issued. If an item is not returned within this time frame, we will no longer be able to accept it.
Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.
Should We discover that there is not a fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 14 days to either collect the item or we will dispose of it. KIRALE are not responsible for reimbursing any shipping cost for returning items.
KIRALE are not responsible for Products that get lost in transit. Therefore, We suggest sending return via a traceable service and ensuring the correct amount for postage is paid. KIRALE warrants that, under normal use, the products shall, at the time of delivery to Client and for a period of 24 months thereafter, be free from defects in material or workmanship and shall substantially conform to KIRALE’s specifications for such Products.
KIRALE’s sole and exclusive obligation, and Client’s sole and exclusive right, with respect to claims under this warranty shall be limited, at KIRALE’s option, either to (a) the replacement or repair of a defective or non-conforming Product, or (b) an appropriate credit for the purchase price thereof. KIRALE will have a reasonable time to repair, replace or credit. The non-conforming or defective Products shall become KIRALE’s property as soon as they have been replaced or credited for.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, KIRALE shall have no obligations for breach of warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, improper repair, alteration, modification, improper storage, improper transportation or improper handling of the Products.
Client may ship Products returned under warranty claims to KIRALE’s designated facility only so long as the returns are in conformance with KIRALE’s then-current Return and Exchange Policy and are accompanied by a duly completed return material authorization form issued by KIRALE. Where warranty adjustment is made, KIRALE will pay for freight expenses. Client shall pay for returned Products that are not found to be defective or non-conforming together with the freight, testing and handling costs associated therewith.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY GRANTED ABOVE SHALL EXTEND DIRECTLY TO CLIENT AND NOT TO CLIENT’S CUSTOMERS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES. THE EXPRESS WARRANTY GRANTED ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER.
Modification of these Terms and Conditions
KIRALE has the right of modifying, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, due to the introduction of new laws, due to technical or functional modifications of this website, due to a change in the services this website provides or due to any other reasonable cause at discretion of KIRALE.
